Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of CopyTrail ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of Service

We provide software that automatically mirrors the trades of top Polymarket traders, executing them from your own wallet. We do not take custody of your funds. All trades occur in your wallet.

2. Not Investment Advice

We are not a registered investment adviser. The Service is not investment advice, a solicitation, or a recommendation. All trading decisions and any resulting profits or losses are solely your responsibility.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18+ and reside in a jurisdiction where prediction-market trading on Polymarket is legal. Residents of the following are not eligible: United States, United Kingdom, Singapore, Thailand, Belgium, France, Taiwan, and OFAC-sanctioned jurisdictions (North Korea, Iran, Cuba, Syria, parts of Russia, etc.).

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Monthly plans (Pro $29 / Whale $99) or USDC one-shot
  • Subscriptions auto-renew monthly; cancel anytime
  • Service continues until end of current period after cancellation
  • Refunds governed by our Refund Policy

5. Your Obligations

  • Use a dedicated copy-trading wallet (never your main holdings wallet)
  • Maintain sufficient USDC balance for trades
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction

6. Disclaimer

We are not liable for:

  • Any losses from prediction-market trading
  • Losses arising from copying a trader who themselves loses
  • Outages or delays on Polymarket or the Polygon network
  • Loss or compromise of your wallet keys
  • Service interruption due to regulatory changes

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate the Service with prior notice or immediately in emergencies. Remaining subscription periods will be pro-rata refunded.

8. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the Seoul Central District Court.

9. Changes

We may modify these Terms with 30 days' notice via site banner and email. Members who disagree may cancel.
