Refund Policy

1. Subscription Refunds

• Cancellation: Service continues until end of current period. Current period fee is non-refundable
• Service outage: Pro-rata refund if our infra causes the bot to be down ≥ 24 hours
• Our fault: Case-by-case review when clear error on our side causes loss

2. Non-Refundable

• Trading losses on prediction markets (your responsibility)
• Losses from copying a trader who themselves loses
• Skipped trades due to slippage or insufficient balance
• Polymarket or Polygon network outages
• Loss of access due to your own key loss

3. USDC Payment Refunds

• Blockchain transactions are irreversible — automatic refund not possible
• If a refund is approved per §1 above, we send USDC to a wallet you designate

4. Requesting a Refund

Email support@copytrail.io with:

• Account email
• Specific reason
• Relevant trade ID or tx hash

We respond within 7 business days.

5. EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

EU consumers may withdraw without reason within 14 days of signup. Exception: if the bot has actually executed trades during that period (i.e., the service was performed), the withdrawal right is forfeited.
